We have Mr and Miss STARLET...hmmm... now my school came to have this event called "Mr and Miss College Central" Its the most exciting high light in our school now. Guess wat?!? I get in to join the event...HaahA!!! The Mr & Miss will get an $1000.
. 1st runner up win $600 . 2nd runner up win $300 . All participant will receive Goodie Bags worth $20
Before getting in to join the event, we need to go through selection stage.... Hmmm... it seem quit tough.... coz they need the critiral of X-Factor look, stand out and even confidence. When i reached there on the first day, i felt that i may not get in to the 1st stage coz there were to many ppl who are more handsome then me more reasonable to get in.... My purpose is not to be Mr College Central... hehe.. but to get the free causes ( eg. Grooming class, make up) =D and also most important is to get to know more new friend to build a relationship as to bring them to know Christ. As i was Q-ing, to wait for my turn for the selection, i pray to Jesus asking for being courageous to take up the first step to talk to ppl.... but within the 1 hour, i don't get to talk to anyone but shi min and her group of friend...then i prayed again and again, finally before i get to set on the chair to wait for my turn to get in the room, i talked to a guy who was just behind me, but i failed after a few mins... he went to the back to join his friend... during that period i was so disappointed.... i prayed again more detail to God. I prayed for responsive ppl who will be start to talk to me so as to start a topic with him. but i still cant find anyone to talk to, until i get on to the sets. I though that it would be the end but not, out of a sudden, a person who is setting beside me, start to talk to me. I was quit shock after a few sec. Then he ask me for my friendster but i insis to give him after the ordition...he agreed and we get to know each other be for entering the room too....woow God heard my prayer... Amen! but after the selection, we could not find each other, even when i get to the bus stop. But i still countinue praying to god, "if you would like me to help you to bring that guy get to know you, pls let me see him again before the bus come". in the end i still didnt see him around but i still pray that god he would let me get in to the 2nd selection so im able to get back to the guy and bring him to know God. Praise God once agiain!! I GET IN TO THE SECOND selection!!! It means im able to get more friend as well as to get him back. I know that even its going to be the end, we still can't give up... God will show his power/miracles when its going to be the end Amen! He will not leave us out. Not even you. Praise God that now im so excitied to go for the second selection on this friday... may God be with me. Thanks You my God.
